Naša škola získala grant v oblasti Strategické partnerstvá pre školské vzdelávanie

Názov projektu: Help me to understand

Trvanie projektu: 1.9.2016  31.8.2018

 

Hlavné ciele nášho projektu sú:

1. vytvoriť medzinárodné partnerstvo so školami z Grécka, Poľska a Španielska

2. vytvoriť priestor pre vzájomnú výmenu skúseností s využitím inovatívnych postupov vo vyučovaní cudzích jazykov

3. podporiť rozvoj komunikačných schopností žiakov, ich zručností v oblasti využitia IKT, schopnosti spolupracovať  a viesť tím

4. poskytnúť žiakom možnosť stretnúť sa so študentmi z iných krajín 

5. vytvoriť nové učebné materiály

 

 

Preparation phase  September 2016

 

A1 Establishing the project team at each school

A2 Preparing detailed plan that will identify tasks, timeframes and responsibilities specific to each participating school

A3 Preparing tools necessary for project realisation

The school coordinators with the help of ICT teachers and students will design web page and  TwinSpace usernames and passwords for all teachers and students involved in project activities . Students will be instructed how to use TwinSpace.

A4 Creation of a project logo and mascot

Each school will organize competition for the best logo and mascot, the best ones will be presented on TwinSpace where the students will vote for the one they like best.

A5 Introducing the project and its objectives

Each school will prepare internal meetings with staff and  meetings with students and parents where they will inform about the main project objectives and activities.

A6 Setting up notice boards at the school premises informing about the project and its objectives

Getting to know each other - – project based teaching +CLIL

 

A7 OUR SCHOOL

The main tasks are choosing the main message and content, writing the script, shooting the video and processing the video. The videos will be presented during the first mobility.

A8 Is our school multicultural?

Students will find out the different nationalities of students at their school and create the graph that shows nationalities of the students at their school. The graphs will be shared on TwinSpace so students can compare them and look for the differences.

A9 OUR TOWN – creating a leaflet about the town where children live

With the help of their teachers the students will plan and design digitally the leaflet containing important information and pictures about their town.

A10 OUR COUNTRY- creating a poster or advertisement

The students will be able to choose whether they want to create a poster or video advertisement, the main aim is to promote their country. They will identify the key information and consider the content.

We learn to cooperate – collaborative learning ( in this phase of the project students will be divided into mixed groups made of students from all four countries, they will communicate via the Internet)

 

A11 CHILDREN OF EUROPE – creating the book

The members of the groups will have different tasks but they have the common aim to gather info about some particular EU country and some specifics of the life there and design one page in the book. The book will be completed during the second meeting.

A12 MY FAVOURITE DISH

The students will make photo recipes of their favourite dishes, send them to their partners, the partners have to prepare the dishes, take  pictures and send them via TwinSpace with a comment on how they like them.

A13 THE TREE I CAN SEE FROM MY WINDOW

The students will choose a tree typical for the place where they live,  take pictures of the trees and process all information about the tree digitally.

C3 The 3rd meeting - short-term exchanges of groups of pupils October 2016

A14 FOLLOWING NAPOLEON BONAPARTE´S FOOTSTEPS

The students should gather information about how Napoleon is connected with their country and the partners´ countries. They will share the information on TwinSpace. The final goal is to create a map of Napoleon´s battles in the areas of present Slovakia, Poland, Spain and Greece.

A15 LEGENDS AND STORIES

The students should find  symbols and some interesting legends or stories representing their country, translate them into English, draw pictures, scan them and create the digital stories. The stories will be presented during the fourth meeting.

Evaluation questionnaires will be distributed to teachers, students and parents to get their feedback on the project.
